AURE LI

Aurélie Lassoutière, creator of the Auré Li brand has always been fascinated by textiles and design. As a child, her grandmother gave her a taste for manual work, introducing her to the association of materials, colors and textures. It is therefore naturally that she turns to the Fine Arts and studies in fashion design. She has proven herself in renowned Parisian houses, such as Jamin-Puech, Lolita Lempicka, Isabel Marant. Following her collaboration for four seasons with the Maison Christian Lacroix for which she imagines and produces pieces for the "Haute-couture" fashion shows, the first Auré Li collection was launched in 2003 on the concept of molding tissue paper. Aurélie becomes a complete artist, creating paintings and jewelry around a romantic and bohemian universe. The tissue paper is worked, sculpted, shaped, the fabrics from Haute Couture delicately selected, the tulles cut, the rhinestones and feathers placed. Accustomed to international trade fairs such as the Workshop, Who's Next and more recently Bijhorca, her jewelry and fashion accessories have been traveling all around the world for a few years: Paris, Tokyo, Dubai, Istanbul, Antwerp, etc. At the same time, she draws, she paints constantly; she exhibits her paintings in art galleries and cultural spaces. She creates many illustrations for publishing and individuals (birth or wedding announcements or special orders). She gracefully handles watercolor, oil paint, acrylic, charcoal, pencils, collage... Today, she defines herself as a fashion artist, the work of matter and materials are the essence of his artistic approach in a singular universe combining Fashion and Art.
